Cost: $3,500

 

GOLD—includes the following:

—one tabletop exhibit space (table is 6’ x 30”)

—one conference registration

—recognition in conference program using company logo

—recognition for sponsoring either a morning or afternoon break session

—table skirting, electricity, and wireless access

Cost: $2,000

 

SILVER—includes the following:

—one tabletop exhibit space (table is 6’ x 30”)

—one conference registration

—recognition in conference program using company logo

—table skirting, electricity, and wireless access

Cost: $1,000

 

EXHIBITOR—includes the following:

—one tabletop exhibit space (table is 6’ x 30”)

—one conference registration

—listing in the conference program

—table skirting, electricity, and wireless access

Cost: $500

 

So that we may appropriately recognize your business in the printed program, we ask that you make your sponsorship commitment by no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2024. After this date, we will still, of course, accept registrations but cannot guarantee late registrants’ inclusion in printed conference materials.
